Price Structure

Nurse Delegation:  $70.00/hr (billed in 15-minute increments) This includes client physical assessment time, paperwork, teaching, training, documentation and reassessments and supervision of each staff member that is delegated to.  Supervision must be completed every 90 days or more often as clients’ needs change, staff turnover occurs and RNDs need to evaluate caregiver skills to ensure proper performance of nursing tasks delegated to them. (This is on a patient specific and task specific basis).

 

Obtaining, verifying good standing and documenting caregiver credentials will be charged at a rate of $70.00 per hour.  (CNA, Home Care Aide, Nursing Assistant Registered license, CPR, Nurse Delegation certificate).  This charge can be decreased to $50.00 per hour if facility provides RND with documentation when requested and documents have not expired on each of caregiver’s documents.

Travel Time: $50.00/hr (billed in 15-minute increments)

Initial Assessment for Admission to AFH, Assisted Living & Memory Care $550/x 3 hr with $150 for each additional hour required. (to be paid in full time of assessment) If additional hours are required payment is due when assessment is completed and given to facility and family.

 

Yearly Client assessment rates will be at $500 for first three hours per client or as agreed upon for special cases. Any time over three hours will be $150.00 per hour unless agreed upon in advance at a lower rate.

DSHS/DDHC clients will be billed directly to DSHS and no prepayment will be requested.
